Scott Krampitz

CPS proudly announces the addition of two sales and marketing professionals to its roster as the organization continues its expansion plans to meet the demands as leading global HVAC and automotive tools manufacturer.

Scott Krampitz joins CPS as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing after over a decade of holding sales leadership positions at Bosch. He brings nearly 23 years of experience in the Automotive and HVAC tools manufacturing industry, beginning his career as a master mechanic for GM and then as a development engineer for SPX. As the Director of Sales for the Canadian market with Bosch, Scott made significant impacts through the reorganization and optimization of the teams and distribution channels under his leadership.

In his new role, Scott will lead the strategy roadmap for the sales, marketing, and product management teams in the US.

“We’re really impressed with Scott’s versatility, experience and ability to lead and execute sales initiatives in different markets,” said James Williamson, CEO of CPS Products. “I’m excited that he is joining the team and am confident that he can lead CPS into an era of unprecedented growth.”

After nearly a decade of experience in B2B marketing roles in the hospitality, logistics, and healthcare industries, Marisa Kincy-Rubinger was hired as Marketing Manager for CPS in March. She is currently responsible for evolving the company’s brand and messaging, along with managing the daily operations of the marketing team.

CPS looks forward to both new team members’ contributions to the growth of the business. “We’ve been building a culture by hiring team members who embody a service-oriented and “customer first” ethic,” said Williamson. “Companies can talk endlessly about being innovative, but it’s pretty meaningless if you’re not really listening to your customers. Our continued growth is credited to a team who continues to put the customer first.”
