HARDI has expanded its Columbus, Ohio headquarters team with the addition of Elizabeth Reed as Administrative Assistant. Reed, a Dayton, Ohio native, joined HARDI after a four-year tenure working as Dispatcher for the Notre Dame College Police Department on the east side of Cleveland, while concurrently earning her Bachelor’s degree in both Criminal Justice and Political Science.
“Our resources are constantly going through changes that can stretch our departments and staff in different directions,” said Director of Operations Mike Coughlin. “Izzy will give us the opportunity to balance our internal operations with the different external priorities we have through the year, such as our events or benchmarking deadlines.”
“HARDI as an organization is growing,” said CEO Talbot Gee. “And this continued growth over the years means we need to regularly make adjustments in order to keep serving our members at the highest levels, while also giving us the ability to keep growing and improving. These organizational moves allow us to do just that.”
