Diego Stefani
Olimpia Splendid S.p.A., a family owned HVAC manufacturing company since 1956, based in Brescia, in northern Italy, has appointed Diego Stefani as the Director of Sales & Business Development North America. In this new role, Stefani is responsible for bringing the unique Made in Italy heating and air conditioning products to the US and Canadian markets. Stefani will be focused on building the Olimpia Splendid brand name, which is a market leader in Europe, but unknown in North America. Specifically, in this role, Stefani will be setting up the Olimpia Splendid USA sales office based in the Dallas, TX area and will be establishing the distribution network and developing strategic growth plans to introduce a product line that has never been sold in the North American market until now.
Stefani, with a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics, comes to Olimpia Splendid with 25 years of HVAC industry experience in international and domestic business development, sales & marketing as well as sales management on both the manufacturer and distribution side of the business. Stefani brings his expertise in the sales of HVAC systems (residential/commercial/applied) as well as a proven track record of taking new products to market, marketing leadership, and channel development strategies, as a key member of the Olimpia Splendid USA Management Team.
