Chris DeBoer
COLUMBUS, Ohio– Heating, Air-conditioning & Refrigeration Distributors International (HARDI) has promoted Chris DeBoer to Director of Marketing & Sales. Formerly Manager of Marketing & Communications, DeBoer has been integral to HARDI’s substantial growth in recent years.
Since he joined HARDI in 2014, DeBoer and his marketing team have achieved several milestones over the past several years, including year-over-year record attendances at HARDI Annual Conference and record membership numbers. He is also currently embarking on a special project at HARDI producing a documentary to be used as a recruitment tool for the industry.
“During my time at HARDI I have been given the opportunity to learn and develop tremendously,” said DeBoer. “The association has allowed me to take risks and make moves that had not been done before. I am extremely appreciative of the promotion and look forward to continuing to evolve the association. Working with HARDI members has been really amazing and I can’t wait to talk to and work even closer with more of them in this new role.”
